INSTRUMENT DONATIONS 

Dear Parent/Guardian:

At Seattle Public Schools, we believe every child should have the chance to play a musical instrument. Research shows this enhances cognitive abilities, enriches education, and teaches skills for future success.

While many music programs face challenges, South Shore Music's program is thriving. However, acquiring instruments is difficult due to financial constraints. Your donation can help sustain music education for all students.

Perhaps you have a saxophone or trumpet tucked away in your attic that hasn't been used in a while. Or maybe you know someone with percussion equipment gathering dust. If you have an instrument that could be put to use, please fill out the South Shore Music Instrument Donation Form to arrange a drop-off.

Your contribution will provide deserving students with the gift of music. Playing in band, orchestra, or drumline may have shaped who you are today. Please help us allow our students to have that same experience.
